on both MacRepertory and ReferenceWorks...3.05 MG .mov |
These programs have been invaluable to my work. I
find them
comprehensive, easy to use, and oh so elegant."
~ Rajan Sankaran, India
I am so happy to have these programs - they are so versatile and
so easy to use that it is a real joy to study and compare
remedies.
ReferenceWorks has been an incredible help in reducing time; there
are some cases I could never have solved without it. They are
truly
remarkable. "
~ Nandita Shah, India
MacRepertory is an absolute revolution in homeopathic analysis. It
is by far superior to any other system of repertorization.
It is sensitive to the visionary strategies of the homeopath
while remaining easy to use for those new to computers. "
~ Roger Morrison, USA
MacRepertory is a very smart program now. I can accurately compare
remedies in ways that were never possible before. This will be so
fun to teach with! I can't wait for next term to start!!!"
~ Krista Heron, USA
ReferenceWorks is an essential part of my practice. It is
invaluable for my work with animals that have symptoms not
found as often in
people. I am able to work more creatively with ReferenceWorks
because I can put in specific words or phrases - and the form I
use is
completely in my control. David Warkentin has performed a miracle,
he has brought the repertory into our modern times. "
~ Richard Pitcairn, USA
The absolute beginner and the most skilled homeopath can use
MacRepertory to great advantage in prescribing, studying and
teaching. I have used other programs but my success was not nearly
as impressive. I strongly encourage all of my students to
buy them. "
~ Massimo Mangialavori, Italy
The drag and drop interactions are the best of all.
Congratulations,
I am thrilled!!! This is a wonderful - and fun - advancement for
all of homeopathy. It brings out amazing possibilities and it
brings a wide variety of approaches together in very usable ways."
~ Bill Gray, USA
Having used all three of the major Materia Medica search programs
(ReferenceWorks, Simillia and Encyclopedia Homeopathica) I can say
that ReferenceWorks is by far the best. Not only does it have the
largest library of information, but the search capabilities,
analysis methods and family or group analysis abilities are
far superior. It is a real learning tool."

MacRepertory and ReferenceWorks have been at the leading edge of homeopathic

allow rubric selection, graph results, include miasms, analyze by families,
analyze directly from the materia medica, operate on both PCs and Macs, and
utilize mind-mapping techniques for analysis, etc. The vast majority of the
world's great teachers prefer our software and many of them help us to design
the future. We hope that you too will join us.

MacRepertory
Our repertorization tool makes it easy to quickly select and analyze rubrics,
get ideas for remedies, check the materia medica, do a bit of research and feel
confident about your prescriptions.
Upon launching MacRepertory you'll find a variety of tools to get you started
analyzing cases like you never have before - but here's all you really need to
know..
Getting Started
| 1) |
The program opens the repertory with pictures
representing the sections - press the space bar to see their names. Click on
a section to open it. Type the rubric you want to see. Click on the rubric
to see the sub-rubrics. Press the space bar to see the remedies. |
| 2) |
To collect rubrics drag them to a Rubrics'
Clipboard (the A-D or 1-6 icons in the Tool Palette) or select the rubric
and press the Enter Key. Continue collecting rubrics until you feel you have
modeled your case well. |
| 3) |
To see the remedies that most closely match
your case click on the picture of the bar graph; this opens a graph that
shows the remedies and their grades for each rubric. Click on the small
icons at the top of the Graph window to see other types of graphs — the last
four icons limit the current graph to minerals, plants or animals. |
| 4) |
To read about a remedy in the materia medica,
drag the abbreviation of the remedy in the graph to the icon of the key in
the Tool Palette. |
ReferenceWorks
With ReferenceWorks you're able to study your cases using the combined wisdom of
hundreds of homeopaths: a huge library of more than 850 volumes of materia
medica, provings, cases and journals. Even more importantly, you can use this
wealth of information to directly analyze your cases.
Getting Started
| 1) |
To browse the library click on the picture of
the open book in the Tool Palette. You can switch between the list of books
and the list of remedies by clicking on the picture in the upper left. |
| 2) |
To find any word or phrase in the library click
on the hand and type the word(s). To specify relationships between the
words, such as within one word or the same sentence, etc., press the space
bar or one of the number keys. Press the Enter key. |
| 3) |
ReferenceWorks will create a "rubric" of the
remedies from your search and show you all of the references. Double click
on a reference to read the full text in the materia medica. |
| 4) |
After searching for all of the important
aspects of your case click on the bar graph picture to analyze the case. |
| 5) |
Every window can be limited in the lower left
to show the information from a certain family, set of books or sections. |
| 6) |
Click on the yellow circle icon to see the
families which are most similar to your case. |
| 7) |
Follow the instructions to add your seminar
notes, cured cases, etc. into the library or share with others. |
