HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

Dear Friends of KHA,

Our hardware requirements are listed below. In general, you should get the best computer you can for your money. Make sure it has the necessary hardware to last a few years, and that it will do everything that you need your computer for, not just for KHA programs, but for any other programs or software you may wish to use.

Some things you should should keep in mind when purchasing are:
- A DVD Reader is needed – Our Master Installer is supplied on DVD
- A USB Port is needed for our Copy Protection Device
- Adequate Hard Drive Space
- As much RAM as possible

Below are listed the minimum hardware and system requirements to allow the best possible operation of KHA programs on your computer. Keep in mind that these are Minimum Requirements and additional hard disk space and Ram are advisable, especially if you will be using your computer for other software or tasks.

• Models: 486 or better
• System: Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 64 bit
• Ports: USB
• RAM: 512 mb (minimum)
• Peripherals: DVD drive

Macintosh Computer System and Hardware Requirements

• Processor: 68040 or better
• System: 10.4.11 to 10.6.x (Snow Leopard). Support for 10.7 (Lion) is not ready.
• RAM: 512mb (minimum)
• Ports: USB
• Peripherals: DVD drive
