Shore's Birds
Homeopathic Remedies from the Avian Realms
For over ten years Jonathan Shore has been proving and gathering information of
remedies made from birds. This book is the result and literally opens up a whole
new realm to us. The book covers pelican, macaw, dove, hawk, owl, heron, eagle,
raven, peregrine falcon, sacher falcon, vulture, condor, penguin, mute and
whooper swan, and albatross. I think you'll find that many of your tubercular
patients that fit these remedies. For ReferenceWorks 4
Vermeulen's Prisma
Frans Vermeulen is one of our greatest homeopathic scholars and
his books go well beyond most other homeopathic materials into the inner story
of the remedies. Prisma is my favorite - there are two hundred remedies from
Aconite to Zinc explored in painstakingly researched detail covering the
history, folklore, myths, chemical, botanical or zoological make-up of each
remedy. There's old, new and re-provings, clinical symptoms, contemporary
concepts, themes and issues. Many homeopaths believe this is the most important
book they own - but beyond that it is just fascinating to read.
